Notes on pricing
Prices are for the property, per week in UK pounds, payable by cheque or bank transfer.
A 25% deposit is payable upon booking, this is non-refundable and we suggest you may wish to take out travel insurance to cover this. Balance due not later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival, together with £300.00 security deposit which will be refunded after your departure, subject to inspection of the property.

Changeover Day
Rental is Saturday to Saturday. Guests are kindly requested to arrive after 3pm, and to vacate the property by 10am on day of departure.
For our guests comfort and safety La Maison Pierre is a no smoking house. The property is not suitable for children under 5 years old or pets. However, guide dogs are very welcome.
